Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. Staff was amazing, x-ray tech was very thorough and the nurses who gave me my shot were very kind and made me laugh. The provider was very nice, professional and made all my instructions very clear about the meds and recovery. It was a great experience even though I would have rather not been there, they all made it very pleasant!

Quick and to the POINT.......its all about convience

I needed a Sunday appointment. I scheduled online easily. Had a small wait but everyone was really kind and treated my concerns as important. The diagnosis and medication had me feeling better in 24 hours.

The patient bathroom toilet seat was really dirty on the bottom of it. Other than that everything was clean except the toilet seat.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

Got appt within 15 minutes.  Seen within 5 minutes.  Very professional and couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
