I went here for a drug test for pre- employment. I believe the girls name was Lauren who took the specimen. She was very friendly. I was told it would be a long wait but it wasn’t bad at all. I haven’t been here recently for other care. But I would go back if needed.

I was anxious about using an urgent care here because I’m visiting from out of state. I was impressed with the friendly efficiency. The staff was very nice, respectful and professional. My experience was such a pleasant relief since I was so sick. Wait time was very reasonable

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

I suffered a deep wound to my leg. I walked in the following day, my wait time was less than 15 minutes, the PA who l think was named Louis ?cleaned my wound and stitched it up. I went back today to get the stitches out. Wait time was under 10 minutes. He cleaned it up and took the stitches out without pain.The facility itself is very clean and the entire staff friendly

I am a long-time patron of PM pediatrics and have never experienced four hour wait times before. The staff attempted to keep folks at bay, but it was clear that the number of folks being tested for Covid was interfering with actual sick patients like my daughter. I will wait to return when your org has a better handle on managing testing and actual patients.

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.
