Pregnancy tests

I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

I was a walk in and they were very accommodating and fast. I did not wait long to be seen. The Dr was very caring and listened. I felt well cared for.

More emphasis to be considered in sheduling appointments, especially for elderly patients. Doctor and Staff were exceptionally helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. Thanks to all

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

Dr. Watkins was great she was attentive and helpful!!

This is the perfect place for what I need. I need easy availability with decent day time hours. Doctor made sure that I knew how to proceed with my care. Highly recommended!

Great medical care. Excellent facility, range if services. Knowledgeable professionals and staff who are friendly, quick and efficient.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
