I thought I might have broke my jaw so that is why I went to Live Urgent Care. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you ladies for everything!

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
