          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing. I even received a follow up call from a doctor at the urgent care which I did not expect and on the weekend! Wow. Very nice experience. Would def go back and recommend to others. Thank you.

          I noticed a slight rash on my left leg and neck. Decided I needed to have it checked for poison ivy and it was. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

          I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           Everyone was very nice. I needed to get my ears cleaned out and the process was very painful. I've had it done before at different facilities and it was a much better experience. I mentioned that it hurt but she kept going. Yes, my ears got cleaned out in the end but it could have been a better experience.

          The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.
