          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

          I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

          I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

          I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.

          Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           Average experience! Received check in link at ~11:30 and check out link ~1:20. Office seemed clean overall, an old water bottle on the floor but otherwise nothing stood out. Appreciate that water bottles were available. Front staff was fine, not welcoming, but not rude either. Unfortunate that all the check in, paperwork, etc is virtual and yet no tap pay available. Nurses & PA were nice. Pleasant, evaluated my son quickly once we got back, and offered to give him his first dose of medication (but then came back and said they actually didn’t actually have any in office). Happy to have ruled out anything too serious.

          I had a fish hook caught on my left little finger and couldn’t get it out. They cut it out promptly. Very nice place.
