I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

This appointment was a recheck of my appointment from the week before for a toe infection. Scheduling the appointment was easy, as was the check-in. The medical assistant was comprehensive in his assessment of my reason for the visit, as well as in checking my vitals. The doctor explained exactly what was going on at this point in time with the toe in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I left feeling very relieved.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

All of the staff was professional and courteous….the wait time was no more than 20 minutes…check-in was very easy using the website….

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
