          Came in to AFC Richmond with pre scheduled appt. Easy schedule, easy check-in. Great staff. Very clean. Saw P.A. Sarah Reber. She is the the greatest P.A. I have ever seen from any ER, clinic. So professional, skilled, knowledgeable. Sarah is excellent with patients, with treatment protocol. There are many Er, Urgent Care near me but I drive distance to go to AFC Richmond because I trust Sarah Reber with my care and kudos to AFC for hiring the best. Sarah represents AFC well

          I had to go two days in a row for two of my kids. The wait times were very long both days, including the day that I scheduled ahead of time online. That being said, the doctor, nurse, and front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Other than improving wait times, I would say that if there were some more things for kids to read or play with while waiting, it would be better.
