Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic. The clinic was very clean and the staff were very respectful. I would definitely go back to this location again if something urgent arises.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Absolutely saved me on thanksgiving, I thought I was screwed when I saw I caught the flu, but they were open and they even stayed open a lil later for me so I could get the care I needed even tho it was a holiday. Can’t ask for any better. 100% would recommend

Great office, staff is very friendly and providers are amazing.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I love the ct ave Docs location, it’s easy, accesible and every provider and staff I meet always treats me with respect and kindness. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly ! And the wait time is fast and easy to schedule.
