Was told I can do a walk in. I walked in and sure enough, I checked in using the kiosk and with free WiFi I verified my check in. Staff was very professional and mngr was on site. It's a bit far away but worth it.

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

This place is a great find. The appointment availability is excellent  This last time it was a bit of a wait (45 mins) but it was a Saturday morning.  Usually the wait is less than ten minutes  Each care provider I’ve seen seems sharp, concerned for my issue and takes the time to understand what is going on  I’ve always left with a treatment plan that works.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I love the ct ave Docs location, it’s easy, accesible and every provider and staff I meet always treats me with respect and kindness. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly ! And the wait time is fast and easy to schedule.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic. The clinic was very clean and the staff were very respectful. I would definitely go back to this location again if something urgent arises.

I received the proper care I expected!!!! The staff was professional, and showed common courtesy to me. The problem was resolved and taken care of!!! I look forward to a follow-up visit.
