Booked the appointment fine but when we got there the office was closed. Was very inconvenient to make the appt and drive all the way there only for the office to be closed. Need to have online availability updated so this doesn’t happen in the future

Dr. was thorough and had me figured out in 10 minutes  If you want help, stop and see them.  I can’t say enough good.  A truly pleasant experience and walked out feeling like he and his staff truly care about fixing the issue.  I couldn’t ask for better care. He’s brilliant. Class act.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Scheduled my appointment online very easy to do. Pre-check in through my phone was good. The staff was great, caring and understanding to my needs as a sick patient. Doctor was amazing!!! I was in and out. When you’re not feeling well you just want to get checked out get a your prescription and get home. That is exactly what they did!!! I highly recommend going to this urgent care.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.
