The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! About a week ago (it's assumed) I was bitten by a house spider or insect whule moving boxes in my attic. I tried to treat the resulting rash but quickly saw professional cafre was needed. So I walked into Urgent Care without an appointment, and my previous high satisfaction with them continued to be justified. Check in was quick and easy. Jessoca was genuinely polite and professional. My wait was approximately a half hour. Joyce took my vitals and she was very pleasant and professional. The PA reviewed my case and after a series of salient questions, prescribed an antibiotic topical and a oral medicine. The quality of care was excellent. The rash is startng to clear.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion.
