I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff.
