Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.

Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

My doctor is amazing love her overall care it was just perfect

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

The pediatrician urgent care exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the care provided was top-notch. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.
