I returned to have a wonderful my leg checked to make sure feel like a properly. I was finally giving an advice to. It’s OK to get it wet and I just told if I feel anything wrong to come right back in.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

I’ve had a cold that I just can’t kick, and a possibly broken toe. I scheduled an appointment instantly and went to DOCS for both, and while I appreciated the medical assistant, he lost me when he wheeled in an iPad with a fast-talking doctor. Perhaps it was the 7% battery that rushed the appointment, but apparently my upper respiratory infection is because I use cotton swabs to clean my ears. So, now I have ear drops to clear out my sinuses and chest. Maybe I need to drink them? I had such a great experience when I almost cut off my finger, but this was a prime example of no one caring about anything except billing my insurance and taking a copay. If I wanted to talk to an iPad, I could have done telehealth at home (though the wireless otolaryngologist attachments were pretty cool, I admit). Sorry, DOCS. This piss-poor bedside manner just lost you a customer. Notice how I didn’t mention the toe. Yeah, neither did they.

Great service. Quick.  In and out in 30 minutes.  Trip to CVS took longer to get prescription.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !
