I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

It was an unscheduled visit and I waited no longer than 3 minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The receptionist, the young man who took my vitals and the doctor were amiable and helpful.  I am appreciative of their time and help. I prefer the Cedar Knolls office to any of the others!! I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
