Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
