Me and my friend came in for a tetanus shot. My friend is low income and was very emotionally distressed. The office was understanding, accommodating, and super efficient. It was really lovely. Very grateful for the team at this urgent care/clinic.

We have used Undeniable healthcare as a primary provider for my son who is now 12. He has sports physicals here, sick visit treatment etc. Every single visit has been an absolute pleasure. The staff, the ease to book, to pay online etc. are an added benefit. After today’s annual sport’s physical my son said, “She is a great provider! Scheduling was so easy! I woke up and called them to be sure. The receptionist answered all of my questions and made making an appointment amazingly easy! Check in was super quick. I filled out the forms online which was an amazing option. The staff and care was absolutely 100/10. This was a new option for me because I was getting a second opinion and they made me feel unbelievably comfortable!

I was feeling sick Sunday night & I was able to schedule an 8:30am appt for Monday morning. I came in 20 mins early. Thankfully I pre-registered online so I had minimum things to complete when I came in. The ladies at the front desk were so nice & welcoming. The doctor & nurse that assisted/ diagnosed me were so kind and caring. They answered all my questions with a smile. I was able to get in & out within 30 mins. Overall my visit went really well. I would definitely visit this clinic again.
