My experience at the urgent care from reception to healthcare service was exceptional. The NP and other healthcare personnel were helpful and knowledgeable in their respective areas. Great experience.

A little eye infection needed to be attended to.  Easy to make appointment online. Was easy to find, plenty of parking.  Office was clean; staff was very polite and professional. Attending NP was very informative and easy to understand. Out within 40 minutes of entering the building.

All in all the staff was good. As usual with any and all medical appointments I have ever had there was a wait of 10 or 15 min. Why is that always the case?

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap.
