We were babysitting for our grandchildren today and decided to pop over for a quick UTI check. Jenna and the rest of the staff was absolutely fabulous with our seven-year-old. The facility is neat and clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the Weight time was good as well. This is our second time coming to this Urgent Care and we will definitely come back as needed. Thanks so much for tending to our needs today with such TLC.!

I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

Very easy to make appt. online.  My appt was a Sunday so a skeleton crew.  About 5 patients in waiting area including myself.  Waited about 45 min to be seen.  But once in the exam room, was seen pretty quickly.  I would definitely go back.  Hopefully, I won’t need to.  I would recommend this provider.

It was a huge relief waking up feeling sick but finding out how easy it was booking an appointment and getting the attention I needed. Great staff - very professional and polite! Thank You for being there!

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
