My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

Had been going to this location for all of our pediatric urgent care needs. Was forced to use our insurance today even though I explained that I wanted to be self pay that way we could use our HSA card which was the exact same amount as a self pay customer. Made for a disappointing experience and lady at the front desk just didn’t seem empathetic at all. Staff in back seemed checked out as well. Moving forward we will choose a different pediatric urgent care company for any future needs. Left really bummed.

Thank you to the provider and the MA upfront who helped us today, they were very friendly and compassionate. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you

Kicked in the eye by my pug this morning.  Able to schedule quickly, diagnosed, and even get a picture of my scratch.  Everyone was wonderful and knowledgeable!  Feeling less pain already!

It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

Walked in and they were able to see me in 30 mins. Quick strep test done and diagnosed. Happy with quick turnaround.

Megan and Daniela are great treatment providers... they are knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend this place. The front desk person was quick and responsive and did a great job as well.

1. Was not notified that MD will not be available, only nurse-practitioner who is limited to what she can prescribe  2 Was prescribed something that is out of stock in all pharmacies, had to go back and ask for different prescription.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
