Front desk was a bit dry in her welcome but everything was good

My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

I absolutely love this clinic. They have always treated me and my kids with the upmost respect and kindness. They move fast and are efficient

I felt like the sickness was dismissed as a virus very quickly, didn’t even bother to check for strep. The staff is very friendly, but I just wish they would take our concerns a little more serious.

Thank you to the provider and the MA upfront who helped us today, they were very friendly and compassionate. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you

Both the nurse and the doctor need to improve heir friendliness. Pls. dont treat patients like a you are in an enormous hurry and have no time to answer questions. Remember who pays you.

I love that Oak Cliff has a location! I have been to other Little Spurs and there is consistently great quality care: I have never had an issue as a walk in appointment or scheduling ahead of time. Check-in process is easy! Digital with your device! No clipboard with 10 papers Staff are diverse. They are always welcoming and knowledgeable. My family always feels cared for!

It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
