This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

Dr Fitzpatrick was thoughtful and attentive and did what tests she could. Her diagnosis of pneumonia was not confirmed by the staff at CPMC, however. It seems I have some sort of infection, maybe more than one—perhaps bronchitis for one. The high pulse rate was due to dehydration. BTW the X-ray copy I took to the hospital was incompatible with its system. Nonetheless I appreciate the care I was given at Carbon.

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Decided take our daughter here after a couple of days of what we thought was just a cold with no improvement. Scheduling was very easy online, check in was quick and everyone we worked with was very friendly. Testing my daughter for what she could possibly have was quick and easy. We've been here before and really happy that they haven't lost their touch. Highly recommend.
