They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

The tech or MA was amazing. I wish i could remembered her name. She was super careful with the swabs, my son did not share a tear. She also offer us water when she noticed my son being thirsty. The NP was very informative, explaining everything in detail. I been coming to this Urgent care for about 7 years and when Conroe open I was very pleased but even more they continue with their quality care.

My daughter woke up with a sore throat and I was able to get her an appointment the same day. Chen-in was super fast. Staff always welcoming and friendly. The doctor was amazing listening to all my concerns and giving me answers. Definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much truly appreciate it.
