This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Drove up and received immediate service. Michael was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Very good with the testing and hoping for rapid results. Would definitely go there again.

Today was refill day I was in and out in no time. The Doctors here are great.

They were top-notch, quick, and organized, and they were on time didn't even need to get out Of my car. It was a drive-throw covid test.

I use Michigan Urgent Care for virtually all of my medical needs. The Waterford location specifically, is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. It appears that there is not much turnover at this location which says a lot by itself. Blanca and 2 of the full time receptionists are the best!! Sadly, I've had to visit several urgent care facilities in my 51 years but this one is by far the best!!

Had to see if my foot was broken. The Dr. and staff were very thorough, helpful, and kind. Would recommend to come there for quality service.

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.
