Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. The staff and provider who tested my daughter were excellent. They used gloves, masks and all safety equipment necessary to protect patients. Were kind, caring and thoughtful while providing test. Added a second screening since we received a negative, called us at home to give daughter instructions on how to feel better until PCR results come back. This is my 4th time visiting and I'll be back when we need testing in the future.

My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

I took my daughter there last night and the front desk, nurse and doctor was so amazing. They listened to my concerns and doctor Told me take my daughter directly to the hospital. He hugged her and told her it will be ok . He told me what he thought was wrong with her was fluid on her brain and he was right. I took her to the hospital and they did lumbar tap and he was right. She has been feeling like this for two weeks straight and I took her to other places and McLaren hospital and they sent her right out with just take Motrin but this staff actually helped and figured out the root of the problem. Thank you staff you are amazing.
