Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

I love this urgent care. They have the best doctors. Only problem is the front desk lady and a few nurses come off as very stand-offish and rude. When I greeted the front desk receptionist she didn’t even look at me and talked to me with a condescending tone. That encounter alone turned me sour, but ultimately my mood was changed when I was greeted by the doctor who was very helpful, friendly and personal! Y’all have to teach your employees the importance of providing excellent customer service. This has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve been here with either the receptionist or the young blonde nurse. So as far as getting the help I needed and feeling welcomed and heard by the doctors? EXCELLENT service!

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.
