Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly

Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.
