They were very professional in everything they did. They were very nice people. They did everything I have expected. I would send people to them. I wish a great day. Thank you very much for everything. Yes I would recommend them.

Only person in waiting room, no wait time and was taken back as soon as I completed registration. All staff was super friendly and attentive. My provider, in particular, went above and beyond. She really took her time with me. I literally cried because she was such a caring, helpful, devoted practitioner, which I never find anymore.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Dr. And staff were polite and efficient as well as thorough.  The doctor and staff really listened, gave me the time to ask questions  Thank you!

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Jock itch treatment went fast Thorough and very professional

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

I woke up with pink eye. Went to the office at opening time and was out in under an hour! Very efficient!

I always have a pleasant experience when I is this Urgent Care.  Staff are friendly and actually smile, unlike other centers.  Tgeir care is great and they ar knowledgeable.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It was a huge relief waking up feeling sick but finding out how easy it was booking an appointment and getting the attention I needed. Great staff - very professional and polite! Thank You for being there!
