          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY?????           I needed a tetanus shot because I was stuck by a nail. It was easy to schedule an appointment using the website and also check in before my visit. Minimal wait time when I arrived and office staff were very friendly. The nurse practitioner was very calming and knowledgeable. She was super friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.
