Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been to this location various times and have had a great experience with short wait times. However, during this last visitation, the front desk staff lady did not have a bedside manner. Any questions asked or even while checking in, she made us feel like we were bothering her because we were interrupting whatever she was watching in her phone. This is the first time we’ve seen her there and that is why I removed one star under the “staff friendliness” section. All other staff members were great. We also had an hour and a half wait time even though we booked an appointment through Solv.

Such an easy experience the receptionist, Claire was fantastic and the checkin process was a breeze! The PA was very knowledgeable and overall it was the more pleasant experience at an urgent care in some time!

All the girls there are amazing! Everyone is super nice. I waiting not even 5 minutes very fast.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend
