Ryan customer service and professional manner is what that place needs in the future. He brings life to a place, where people who come to be seen for illness a comfortable place. The wait time is to long in this day and age of life, but overall I enjoyed my visit.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Needed a follow up visit because symptoms worsened and got appt. Immediately.Staff was professional and courteous and I will recommend to others . There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I had cut my finger on broken glass and it was bleeding good for several hours I was seen very quickly they checked me in cleaned it and gave me antibiotics  Very friendly and helpful staff

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

We went in with my 8 yrs old for X-ray and care. The staff was very attentive and caring towards her and explained everything very clearly to me. I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!
