My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

no one wants to go to urgent care, but all there provided a welcoming environment. Each person was friendly, professional and willing to help! I would mention this location to anyone for good care!

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.
