I cut my finger at work so I walked in and after some paperwork and about a fifteen minute wait time I was brought in and stitched up and prescribed some antibiotics and ointment for the cut in my opinion it went better than expected.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
