I always have a pleasant experience when I is this Urgent Care.  Staff are friendly and actually smile, unlike other centers.  Tgeir care is great and they ar knowledgeable.

Dr. And staff were polite and efficient as well as thorough.  The doctor and staff really listened, gave me the time to ask questions  Thank you!

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

I can’t thank everyone enjoy for my experience yesterday at urgent care!!! From the pleasant first two ladies you see when you check in to the Dr and xray tech. I was in elbow/shoulder pain and they made me very comfortable. They gave me my X-rays/write up  to bring with me when I see my shoulder surgeon from 3 prior rotator cuff surgeries, on Monday….. thanks again ladies!!!!
