I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility. I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms. I hope by Friday I am feeling better. For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see. I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.
