The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

They provided immediate service and approaches you by asking how they can help and with that it really shows that they really care for patients

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
