The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Everyone was very nice. I needed to get my ears cleaned out and the process was very painful. I've had it done before at different facilities and it was a much better experience. I mentioned that it hurt but she kept going. Yes, my ears got cleaned out in the end but it could have been a better experience.

          I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.

          Dr Michelle and Medical Assistant were very cordial! Dr Michelle assessed me and provided medication to help my condition. I am grateful! Wait was not long! Check waa great! Staff great! Custodian great! Care, exceptional! I recommend them, I give 5 stars!! I would recommend this provider and this AFC Urgent Care!

          Booking was easy but I wasn’t seen for about 45 minutes after appointment time. The waiting room was empty with the exception of only 1 other person waiting, the receptionist was mostly there but couldn’t be seen from the waiting room Odd. The doctor on duty was attentive, perceptive, referred me for testing. And called me the next day to make sure I received the right care. Impressive!
