Doctor couldn’t have been less friendly. She seemed annoyed at every question I asked and practically had one foot out the door during her 1 minute exam.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The providers are great. Staff is friendly. Booking on line fast and easy. Would definitely recommend AFC.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.
