    Where to start? All was well up to the point of the exam starting. I came here for a knee MRI and this is my third MRI in the last two years (all at different locations/companies) so i feel like i have a good understanding of good vs bad. 1) the tech asked me what music i wanted to listen to and she never switched it. It was stuck on 60’s country the whole damn MRI!! 2) the emergency button. I pushed and squeezed that damn button 20 times and she never came in or communicated with me. The tech never even checked on me or spoke with me the entire exam. Other places I’ve been to at least check in after 5-10 min. The emergency button should always work and be tested. What if there was a real issue at hand and not just audio torture? 3) the tech was not paying attention. I was waving my hand at multiple times and pointing to my headphones and giving a thumbs down. The response later was “oh i thought you were dancing”. WTF kind of dancing do you do!!?? 4) I scheduled a followup Appt with my doctor to review MRI but had to reschedule due to North Star being unable to read the MRI on time. Now i wait 4 more days and an extra week, thanks. I will never go here again and would suggest you stay away. From exam to follow up and beyond these guys dropped the ball. Uriah
