Needed a follow up visit because symptoms worsened and got appt. Immediately.Staff was professional and courteous and I will recommend to others . There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

Thank you guys for always being great at what you do. Efficiency is key mostly when dealing with pain and this is why I keep coming back to this location when in need.

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly
