Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

The front desk staff were so attentive and helpful with one staff member helping me check in with patience and care. I was seen promptly and my exam was compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend this facility and team.
