The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

Best service above average  Staff are excellent  Really a good urgent care they follow-up with the patient  wellness

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

I had a fever the past few days and decided to go to urgent care. I was seen quickly and prescribed medications. Friendy staff.

Check in was easy. I was a walk in. The staff that attended me were amazing. Thank you!

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Staff was super helpful super kind. care was great quick and efficient!! will be coming back!

Walked in and greeted nicely  Had to go online to fill out forms which was pretty easy …. wait not too long  …… everyone was nice and friendly and answered any questions I had …., the nurse practitioner was very competent  would definitely recommend this urgent care

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

I was a walk-in so scheduling wasn’t an issue. Check- in was quick and better than expected. Staff was pleasant and understanding. Initial screening went quick and efficient, very nice nurse. Even though there didn’t seem to be that many patients, the Doctor didn’t seem thorough either with the questions or exam,  X-Ray was not available. MRI not considered. Prescribed a steroid, if NSAIDS didn’t put a dent in the pain, after two weeks and I still have trouble walking steroids probably  won’t have an effect either. No referral for PT to get me walking properly again. TikTok Doc went back to his desk and seemed to be texting on his phone as I left.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.
