I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Easiest and most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Check in was seamless, everyone was friendly and I received compassionate care.

I developed an infection in my finger. I was at work so a speedy appointment was necessary. Booked online. The registering person was very busy but very efficient. Was seen quickly by delightful medical staff. Finger was tended to. Prescription was sent to pharmacy. I was back to work in less than an hour.

I love the way yall take care of the job when I thought I had a disease

Staff was friendly and was in and out quickly. Dr had great bed side manners and listens to me. Didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back when need to.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It’s a great place , good people. Been going there for over a year and never had a problem with anything. I love it .

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

It was great the staff and was top tier. I will visit again.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
