Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. I liked the clinic visit summary print out given to me at end of appointment without having to ask for it for my records and the check in process from start to finish st this location was professional . The front desk lady was helpful with my check in as I do not particularly like tablet/chromebook check ins Overall my experience at this location on Lone Star @ Culebra was comfortable .. When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility.
