Great staff! Very caring!! I was injured from a fall and have some broken bones and an abrasion, and they got me right in and took care of me. Will recommend this location to family and friends.

Brandi was the NP that helped us today. She was so educational to us and friendly to our son. Staff let him be a toddler while giving him great care. We keep coming back to this place when our kiddo doesn’t feel good because they’re so kind and quick. 10/10 would always recommend.

I thought possibly Google maps was wrong about them being open until 9PM Sunday nights. It was because when I arrived Well after all the other clinics were closed already the Shilo Urgent Care seemed dark and empty. I almost pulled away to go home to home care my awful bronchitis another awful night. But then a couple stepped out of their car and walked into the light inside the clinic! Yay it Was open at 7:30 so I felt so much relief. I received two prescriptions which were filled right away and given a referral Rx to get a chest xray from a clinic that opened at 8AM the next morning. I was third in line there and got out early enough to arrive at work before 8:45.  Their staff and hours are dedicated examples of Medicine As A Service and not a rubber stamping hospital that loses your wife’s glasses And smartphone on the same day like Richardson Methodist.  I recommend the Shiloh Urgent Care to anyone in need of after hours care who must get competent compassionate help.

I take my son here very often, I always have great things to say about this office, great staff. Only thing is I wish they would have tested my son for Covid cause all of the things they tested for were negative. Other than that great care!

Had to wait what seemed like a while for being one of the only people there. The NP couldn’t pull the splinter out of my foot, so showing up was kind of pointless

Everything was good and professional. The doctor attended to me was very polite.

I needed a last minute appointment and while I was 4th in line, it really wasn't a bad wait.  It’s obvious from the Front desk to the Nurse to the Doctor, they all have it together, they are super nice, and I received excellent attention.

Excelente atención médica. El personal muy amable la doctora Herrin, Lisa muy buena la recomiendo se preocupa por sus pacientes. Amable y pasiente. El lugar muy limpio y la espera no es más de 30 min.  Lo único es q tardan un poco en poner la receta en la farmacia pero uno puede mejor pedirla y llevarla uno mismo.  En cuanto a todo lo demás lo recomiendo 100%

This place is great ..Russell and staff wonderful...

First visit with my child. Waited over an hour passed our appointment to be seen. Office was incredibly dirty. Floors need to be redone, scratched and marks all over walls. Has definitely gone downhill since I used to come as a college student in 2014.

This lottle sours location never disappoints! Always a 10/10 experience

The np was great! Problem is they overbook. Waited well over two hours past my sick daughter’s appointment time.

The provider and staff was great. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and they took care of my daughter so well. The Mansfield urgent care is the best.

Dr. Bean is the best doctor.  She has an excellent beside manner and takes very good care of her patients.  I only want to go when she is there.  She listens to her patients and jumps in immediately to solve the problem.  I wish there were more doctors like her!

Actually did a walk in with my Mom. Staff was awesome and caring from start to finish. Very organized and wait time was quick. Quick and efficient facility. Definitely recommend!

I needed to be seen for an inner ear infection and was able to get an appointment within the hour. When I arrived I was greeted by Marva( I hope I remember that correctly) who was friendly and welcoming. I waited perhaps only 5 minutes and was called back by Melissa, who was friendly and professional. The NP , Alphine Tuitoek, was exceptionally nice, thorough and explained everything clearly. Melissa gave me two injections, both were painless ( as could be). I would definitely recommend this facility and am grateful for their fast and efficient service. Thank you!!!
