Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. You never got a callback from management as requested.

Explore the full San Antonio urgent care network for more options.

Walk-in clinics serving Floresville and Wilson County treat respiratory infections, flu, strep, ear and sinus infections, UTIs, minor lacerations, sprains, skin conditions, and occupational health needs. University Health System and Baptist Health System also serve the broader Bexar County and surrounding area.2

Does urgent care in Floresville accept STAR (Texas Medicaid)?

Most urgent care clinics in Floresville and the San Antonio metro participate in STAR, Texas's Medicaid managed care program for qualifying children, families, and pregnant women, administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.1 Wilson County's rural, working-class character means Medicaid enrollment is an important coverage mechanism for area families. Confirm your managed care organization (MCO) is accepted and bring your STAR card to your visit.3
