Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

Came in with a possible fracture in my foot and was wanting to get an x-ray. Granted, I should’ve realized that they closed in 30 minutes and came sooner. However, the lady at the front desk was SO RUDE. she repeatedly told me that they close soon so they will not have time for an x ray and i should’ve came sooner. then tried to say it would take 4 hours to get the results back so there’s no point. I begged that they please at least just look at it to see what’s wrong and so the front desk lady asked the nurse “do YOU want to stay longer just for an x-ray??”. the nurse did not want to but the Dr came in and said she would do it. So the front desk lady huffed and puffed as she got my paperwork. then as i’m rushing to fill out all of this paperwork (on my phone AND on paper), the front desk lady repeatedly told me to hurry and that i need to get that done immediately. then when i brought her my papers, she told me to hurry back there. as i limped back to my seat to grab my shoe (i had taken it off to show them my foot), the front desk lady literally yells at me to hurry up! that i need to hurry! and i told her “can i not grab my shoe????”. the results from the x-ray ended up coming back in less than 10 minutes. go figure. all in all, the Dr and nurse that took my vitals were extremely nice and helpful. but that front desk lady is the rudest person i have ever met. and i have seen numerous reviews on Google and Yelp about the front desk lady. obviously her attitude and general dis concern for patients is a universal experience.

My husband have gone here Many times instead of going to the hospital because they can diagnose almost anything; bedside manner is great; check-in does not take long; girls at the front are very nice; and they have "cured" my husband and I from common cold to bronchitis, to bad sinus infections. Personally, I think they are great!

I have been coming here for years. Staff are great and if you use web check in there is no wait times. If you don't then you are at the mercy of first come first serve and could wait three hours if they are busy. Web check in is the best thing invented.

Urgent care in Granbury, TX

Urgent care in Granbury, TX serves a Hood County lakeside community 35 miles southwest of Fort Worth, with a high share of retirees and weekend visitors drawn by Lake Granbury. Walk-in clinics here see a mix of older-adult acute care and tourist injuries, with urgent care in Dallas 60 miles east for specialty referrals.

What services do urgent care clinics in granbury offer?

Granbury-area urgent care is anchored by Texas Health Resources and Lake Granbury Medical Center, both of which operate walk-in clinics serving the city core and U.S. 377 corridor.2 Services include flu and respiratory care, lacerations, sprains, x-ray, lab, physicals, and chronic disease support — with extra capacity during summer weekends when Lake Granbury draws heavy boating tourism. Sunburn, dehydration, boating injuries, and minor lacerations are common summer presentations. Medicare-aligned care is standard given the retiree skew, and bilingual Spanish-English staffing is increasingly available.

Does urgent care in granbury accept STAR (texas medicaid)?

Yes. STAR, the Texas Medicaid managed care program administered by Texas HHS, is accepted at most Granbury urgent care clinics, alongside Medicare given the city's older demographic.1 KFF reports Hood County's Medicaid enrollment is slightly below the state average, with higher rates among children and pregnant women.3 Primary MCOs include Superior HealthPlan and Amerigroup. Verify your plan with each clinic.
