She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!
