We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Woke up with pain on my left side. I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily. When I got there the check-in process was smooth and the wait time was short. Everyone was nice and friendly. This was my first time at the Rosenberg location. I have been to the Sugar Land location a few times for me and my son. The experience has been great at both locations. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and attentive. They kept me updated throughout it the whole process.

If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!

Our son (who goes in only because he gets an ear infection after our pediatrician's office is closed for the day) has come in now three different times and have had the BEST care with the physician on each visit. Our problem has always been with the receptionist. On our last visit, the receptionist was extremely rude when we first arrived, wouldn't help us check in when it was on her end regarding the check in process, and when we took our child outside so he doesn't disrupt the empty waiting room (honestly didn't want to anger the already perturbed receptionist) with his crying, she told us you'll lose your spot. I assured her that my husband would stay inside and she rolled her eyes and said "whatever". I understand your job might be difficult but you're the first person parents with a sick child sees. Being kind goes a long way and isn't too much to ask for.

I went in as a walk in and the wait time was very fast. I went in very overwhelmed with my 3 kids being sick. But the doctor was so extremely helpful I left so relieved. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

Daugjter woke up with a UTI and I was able to get her in quickly. The staff has always been nice and faculty clean.
