The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

Being 20 mins early for my appointment but not seeing the dr until 68 mins after appointment time was not great. Last time 3 people were booked for same time with same provider, too. Why is more than one patient scheduled for same time? On time patients shouldn’t be waiting longer due to this office or website error.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Was able to book an appointment quickly. Staff was helpful including helping me with technology. Been there few times. Surprised more attention has not been given to surroundings such as chipped paint on walls, chairs with cracked leather. Place may be clean but not kept up. Does not give a clean appearance!

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

For a Saturday morning, I had many options to schedule an appointment. Check in was easy and fast. Staff friendly and professional. My PA was extremely knowledgeable and made the suggestion that I needed to be seen at ER because I needed a CT scan.her diagnosis was correct
